Accessibility Audit

Audit includes manual and automated testing of webpages or web app for compliance with WCAG 2.2 Guidelines for any Level required by client. Tools used to find web accessibility issues include WAVE Tool, aXe Tool, VoiceOver, and JAWS. Once testing is completed a report will be provided, along with a walk-through of the report and support hours to help remediate findings.

The audit report will include:

  • List of all URLs tested
  • Spreadsheet of all issues found
  • Suggested solutions for all issues
  • Code snippets to identify issues and make resolution easier

Web Accessibility Consulting

I provide consulting to clients that are looking to improve their web accessibility practices and require hands-on consulting. I will take a look at your current internal processes and find the places where your practices could be improved, or outline steps you can take to bake-in accessibility to your processes. This maybe looking at how your company generate designs and finding ways for the design team to incorporate web accessibility checks, or looking at how the development team launches new sites and products.

Beyond processes, I evaluate the reoccurring web accessibility issues and provide permanent solutions for your team to implement. I also work with clients facing litigation and provide consultation about how best to meet the demands in the litigation, as well as resolve any systematic issues to avoid future litigation.

Consulting starts with a 40-hr retainer, and depending on client needs be a larger retainer or recurring monthly retainer can be provided.

Accessibility Workshops

Training for executive level and/or individual teams. The focus can be gaining buy in for new web accessibility initiative, empathy training, education on web accessibility best practices, or WCAG specific training. Custom topics can also be discussed.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 training workshops (1-2 hours each). Can be for 3 different audiences (Executive Team, Development Team, Design Team, etc.)
  • Travel within the U.S. or virtually worldwide
  • Full day availability (9am-5pm) to answer questions outside of workshop sessions

Ad Hoc Workshops (Remote)

Workshops tailored for your company’s specific web accessibility needs. Whether it’s a deep dive into WCAG guidelines, how to conduct internal accessibility monitoring, or another topic within the web accessibility. Workshop includes a 1-2 hours live online workshop that includes both the workshop curriculum and a live Q&A session at the end.
